Creole Luther King was founded in 2018 by Chef Joshua Perrier. Chef Perrier specializes in seafood and various Cajun dishes BUT he is not only limited to these dishes. Chef Perrier found his niche for cooking during his college years. He started off simple making seafood plates for college friends. After receiving his degree he ventured off into the catering business.
